Meet the Owner! Owner Autumn Key launched Southern Comfort Cleaning with her mother in 2001. The business started as a cleaning service that focused on residential properties. With two years of focus on private homes, Autumn began her work with Fox Ridge Homes and expanded her business to model home accounts. After only three years in business, Autumn and Southern Comfort Cleaning held about 75% of the model home industry and she now holds around 90% of such contracts in the Middle Tennessee area. Armed with success and many satisfied clients, Autumn decided to offer commercial cleaning. This segment of her business is now growing at an average of two new accounts every week.
Ms. Key feels the secret to Southern Comfort’s success is customer satisfaction and the work ethic of her employees. Even with so much expansion, Autumn, continues to be involved with all of her accounts by personally meeting with each sales representative, sales manager, and/or project manager.
