First impressions are critical in this difficult home market!

Southern Comfort Cleaning can develop a regular cleaning schedule that will have us at your model home weekly, biweekly, or twice a week … whatever works for you. We also will perform a deep cleaning every six months that will ensure long-term satisfaction.

Pricelist for model home cleanings:

*2000 sq. ft. or less (trailers) = $45

*2000-3000 sq. ft. = $55

*3000-4000 sq. ft. =$65

*4000-5000 sq. ft. =$75

Deep-Cleaning for model homes:
